JOIN THE CAST

We’re seeking versatile, passionate performers for the ensemble of Lennox Mutual: Candle House Collective’s newest interactive theatre experience, performed live via phone call for one audience member at a time. Submissions are accepted worldwide.

Positions are paid, flexibly scheduled, and remote/work-from-home.

WHAT IS THIS?
Lennox Mutual is a serialized/episodic performance art epic in the form of a customer service phone tree, performed live via phone call for an audience of one.

NOW CASTING

  • The REPRESENTATIVE (open age, gender, ethnicity, etc) is the voice of Lennox Mutual, guiding each participant through their experience.

  • We’re looking for performers with the following skills: strong/versatile voice, deep grasp of character, deft improvisation.

    • Performers with backgrounds in devising theatre and/or TTRPG ‘dungeon master’-ing are especially encouraged to submit.

  • If you can sing and/or play guitar, this is useful – but not required.

PAY
Starts at $16/hour of performances with guaranteed increase after trial period. $100 rehearsal stipend + tips.

SCHEDULING
Lennox Mutual is an open-ended installation, with multiple performers in rotation. Performances are remote (over the phone), meaning actors can perform from home – as long as they can access a quiet, private space. Schedules are created monthly and based on individual performer availability.
